The Tracker is a two-layer intelligence product built for brokers, underwriters, and market strategists.
The Carrier Directory is a structured database of 1,480 unique carriers, MGAs, and program administrators verified as writing commercial property in the six covered states. Every entry is classified by market type, parent group, capacity provider, account size, lines focus, and current appetite, with 2 to 5 source citations per carrier. The directory grows weekly as new entrants are identified.
Weekly Moves captures carrier actions as they happen: rate filings, appetite shifts, market entries and exits, regulatory actions, cat bond issuances, and capacity changes, compiled from state filings, earnings calls, rating actions, and trade press published in the prior seven days.
How it's built
Every carrier is verified against a minimum of two independent regulatory, financial, or industry sources, including state insurance department filings, surplus lines stamping office lists, AM Best and Demotech ratings, SEC filings, and NAIC statutory data. Every column except Notes uses a controlled vocabulary, so you can filter any field and get clean, consistent groupings. No parentheticals, no buried context.
